It's partly cloudy on Flat Lake this morning, and ice is forming. The overnight low was 29°, the water temperature at my dock is 38.5°. Ice is forming in shallow areas that are protected from the wind. Rootbeer Lake appeared to have a full cover of ice yesterday.
